How can I place an order?
To place an order, you can visit us at our showroom in Prizren, contact us by phone or email, or send us a message on our social media. Once we have the design and dimensions clear, an offer is created and we begin production.
How long does the order take?
Production time depends on the type of product and the volume of the order. In general, orders are completed within 15-25 business days from the moment of final approval of the design and order.
What are the approximate prices?
Prices vary depending on material, dimensions, design and processing. For example, a standard interior door can start from €150, while a custom-designed entrance door can cost more. For an exact price, we will provide a quote after we have the required information.
How do I choose the right design for me?
Our staff offers professional advice to better understand your space, preferences, and budget. We help you with catalogs, samples, and suggestions for color and material combinations to achieve the result you want.
Does ALBA-COM handle the assembly of my product?
Yes. ALBA-COM offers professional installation services for all products it manufactures. Installation is carried out by our experienced team to ensure quality and precise fit in your environment.
How is the payment for the order made?
Payment is usually made in two installments: 50% of the amount as a down payment at the time of order and 50% upon completion of the product and before delivery/assembly. We accept payments in cash, bank transfer and in some cases also through POS.
